Swallows Carbolic Acid

Mrs. August Fuchs, who resides across the river from Fremont in Saunders county, committed suicide by taking a dose of carbolic acid. Her face and mouth were badly burned, and she evidently suffered intensely before death came. No cause for the act is known, but there is no doubt that the fatal dose was taken with suicidal intent.
